Robbie Amell was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Canada with his sister. Growing up, he played hockey alongside acting. While in high school, he booked a supporting role in Cheaper By The Dozen 2 as one of the eldest Murtaugh kids. He went on to have a guest role on Life With Derek, in which would become a recurring role playing Casey's boyfriend named Max. Amell would go on to star alongside Keke Palmer in Nickelodeon's True Jackson VP and in Cartoon Network's live action Scooby Doo! films... click here to learn more about Mr. Amell

Robbie Amell watches on as Matt Shively dives into the pool of plush blocks during Nickelodeon’s Annual Worldwide Day of Play at NYC’s Riverside Park on Saturday afternoon (September 25).
The True Jackson VP stars hit up the rock wall and an obstacle course during the event. Matt tweeted, “Had a FANTASTIC day shooting WWDOP. Thank you Nickelodeon for allowing me to be apart of this. It truly is a blessing.”
